The 14 – 22 hour training workshop is designed to equip frontline workers and Community members with a general knowledge of mental health conditions and focuses on teaching how to provide a “first line response” by working through a specific action plan for help and support.

The 6 x 1 hour on-line training program is designed to equip any community member or frontline worker (from receptionist & labourer to the CEO & Board Members) with an introduction to Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander mental health illnesses, their signs and symptoms & what to do in a challenging situation.
